Hey Community,
I've been experiencing some issues with BitBucket and Slack integration.
After I connected BitBucket to Slack and configured whats needed, it works as expected but now if I try to change some settings on BitBucket side, the settings wont load.
It's like this for a few months already
I've raised a ticket on your behalf with our support team - please check your email for further correspondence regarding this issue.
In future - you may raise a support ticket directly with us to ensure that you receive a fast response from our dedicated support team, rather than posting in community:

Hey Ben!
Thank you very much!
I did tried to raise a support ticket, however, it won't let me since it recognized our workspace as free tier.

Hi @Slava Belokon ,
Might be a caching issue. Have you tried using a different browser or an incognito mode/window? 👀
Also, if you have VPN or proxy, I'd recommend disabling those as they could intercept iframe requests used to load the settings page.
There's a known bug related to IP allowlisting (if you have that set) and it's tracked here: BCLOUD-23975: Slack Integration with Bitbucket doesn't work with workspace having "IP Allowlist enabled"
Btw, I'm guessing you're on a free Bitbucket plan?
Cheers,
Tobi

Hey Tobi,
I actually did tried incognito and other browser, same outcome.
And no, we actually own a premium license :)
We use ZTNA so I turned off the proxy but without the VPN I wont be even able to access to BB.
Anyway, same outcome everytime.

@Slava Belokon oh okay, cool then. Thanks for the additional info!
What I'd suggest then, as you're on Premium, is for you/your Bitbucket admin to reach out to Atlassian Support > they can definitelly take additional look and probably provide some insights (and confirm if it's related to the VPN or potentially something else). 👀

For some reason it recognizes our product as free although we're on premium plan and wont proceed to Atlassian's support
