Hi,

We are evaluating going for BitBucket Cloud Premium account, want to know more about the Backup and Restore policy. What is the frequency of Backup, does it involve any downtime, and is it chargeable?

In Bitbucket Cloud you take your own backups, so it's up to you the frequency on which you want them to occur.
