BUG: Cannot upload workspace icon

Trying to upload a workspace icon, the UI says it has uploaded but it never changes.

Looking at the upload request I can see it fails with a 400 error: "Only image/{png,jpeg,gif} content-types are allowed." but inspecting the request I can see that the image data was never actually posted to the api. Request body is: `data:,`

Firefox v120.01 version - same error(Only image/{png,jpeg,gif} content-types are allowed.) still exists, even with all extensions stopped.

Chrome - works - out of the box, same image on chrome works, on FF not.

Same here.

Bitbucket Cloud Version.

Same response:

Firefox:  114.0.1 (64-bit)

It works in Chrome.

Same, using GIMP with PNG or JPG (selected by extension or manual) and even re-save using Paint, which removes the transparency. Same response, claiming bad content type. Windows reports as "JPEG Image (.jpg)" and "PNG Image (.png)".

Further, why does a 400 end up showing the success notification? This is absurd!

I just experienced the same issue in FireFox Developer edition, but got it working in Google Chrome. Incognito did not work unfortunately.

Can you let me know what's the extension that you've tried to upload as an icon for the Workspace? I'd like to inform you that I've just tested one and I was able to upload a .jpg file as an icon.

Maybe can you try to upload the profile picture in an incognito window with no add-ons enabled?
