What part of bitbucket?  PR?  Commit?  Browsing in a browser?   Connecting with sourcetree or another client?  Logging in?  Everything?

If it's everything, then look at the power of your computer.  If it's stuff that requires exchanges of data between you and Bitbucket, then look at the network speed (are you near the servers, is there a fast connection, what's the route?)

In a browser, check the developer tools which can show you timings - are there parts of the screens that are particularly slow?

If your computer and network are fine, then look to the server - what actions are slow when triggered on that side?  Waht does the log say?  Have you any monitoring?  Is the cpu/disk/database/memory being thrashed?
