Automatically scale runners in Bitbucket Pipelines

I am having trouble configuring the runner using the documentation provided below and am encountering errors.

Could you please assist me in setting up the runner autoscaling process?

Can you provide more details about the error. Are you setting this up on a K8's cluster using the helm chart provided ?
