Automatic merge of a pull request after approval

Is there a way to configure Bitbucket or add a plugin so that after clicking on the Approve button of a change request, the merge is done automatically.
Right now, I even have to refresh the page before I click on Merge, else I receive an error message... this is so annoying ;-)
