Automated configuration during install of things like - crowd connectivity

Hi,
Is there a way to configure things within bitbucket as part of an automated install process like connection to a crowd installation. As it stands now we can automatically deploy bitbucket datacentre but it still requires a number of manual steps to configure things through the GUI - for instance connectivity to crowd.
I can't see anything in the properties files and the unnatended install config to be able to do this so was wondering if it is even possible.
