In the official documentation the feature is mentioned:
> Leave some feedback about the changes, in any of the views, and use @ mentions to ask questions directly of your colleagues, who will receive a notification after you enter your comment.
If I type an ‘@’, nothing happens. I expect to open a suggestion window with users that can be mentioned.
Hey @Anishka - I've seen this issue typically come up as a result of certain third-party plugins being enabled after upgrading to a later version of Bitbucket.

This issue is persisting in the pull request page where users generally mention names in the comment section .
We have upgraded Bitbucket to 6.9.0 version where this issue exists .
Please let me know the resolution steps to resolve this .
