Autocompleting user names in comments not working in the updated version 6.9.0

Anishka March 18, 2020

In the official documentation the feature is mentioned:

> Leave some feedback about the changes, in any of the views, and use @ mentions to ask questions directly of your colleagues, who will receive a notification after you enter your comment.

If I type an ‘@’, nothing happens. I expect to open a suggestion window with users that can be mentioned.

Hey @Anishka  - I've seen this issue typically come up as a result of certain third-party plugins being enabled after upgrading to a later version of Bitbucket.

Would you be able to try running through the information in this KB to see if it helps you to resolve the issue:

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Evan Slaughter

Hey @Anishka can you share more information on what page you are trying to use the user mentions and what version of Bitbucket are you using?

Thanks,
Maciej

Hi @Maciej Adamczak ,

This issue is persisting in the pull request page where users generally mention names in the comment section .

We have upgraded Bitbucket to 6.9.0 version where this issue exists .

Please let me know the resolution steps to resolve this .

Best Regards,

Anishka
