Authorization issues

Hi, Bitbucket access was lost — my session expired while I was on vacation. Now, when I try to log in via email REDACTED, it asks for a two-factor authentication code, which I don't have. I recall that last time I logged in using alt-tech\apolenov. 

I tried to reset my password and received an email stating that I needed to wait 24 hours to receive a temporary password. However, the email still hasn't arrived, even though more than 24 hours have already passed.

Could you check if the email was caught up in your spam/junk folder?
