Author can't push and now shows as not mapped

Have an author that cant push anymore as shown in graphic you can see he has done several commits already...

Interestingly enough the last commit shows him as not mapped, how come it shows him as mapped and not mapped at the same time?

Is this creating problems with him pushing code?

It shouldn't cause a problem for him pushing, though things like smart commits and issue hooks will not show. Can you confirm that his ~/.gitconfig file has the same e-mail address as his Bitbucket e-mail? You can also set an alias in Bitbucket for commits that may be not mapped currently.
