I was working on a client's project whose access I no longer have. However the client decided to reverse payments for work done through paypal. Currently I need logs for that project so that I can be able to proof that actually I worked on the project until the point when my access was revoked. Can I be able to do this?

Hello Peter,

It sounds like you’re wanting to gain access of logs to prove the action was or was not taken to show proof of work. With this said, you should be able to prove this via the big commit history. You may find more about review this via Filtering the Commit History. Additional resources for the git log may also be found at Git Basics - Viewing the Commit History.

I hope this proves helpful and you’re able to review and find proof of work history in the past.

Regards,
Stephen Sifers
