I hope you’re doing well. I received an email yesterday about managing access to goals and projects, and I’ve completed that step.

However, I would like to clarify a few things. I noticed mention of an administration role, and I wanted to ask if this is the position I was being considered for and whether this means I have officially been offered a job.

I also want to mention that I did not sign up for Atlassian myself, so I am unsure why I received access. Could you please confirm whether this is related to a job opportunity or if the email may have been sent as part of marketing or in error?

As I haven’t received any direct communication yet, I just wanted to check and better understand the situation.

probably someone added you in some instance and this is the reason why you received that email. Please verify the domain of your instance and try to reach an admin in order to clarify.
