Hi,

We are using Atalassian tools for our development and documetation purposes and I would like to know that what happens if we migrate the application (Stash, Jira, confluence) from one server to another.

Whether the same commercial license can be applied to the application which is migrated to another server. And does the server ID change when we migrate the application to a new server.

A little update: I have been testing with an evaluation license & development box for our stash application and found that even if the server ID changes, the same evaluation license can be applied and data is imported properly.

So, I need to know wether it is also true for the commercial licenses.

Waiting for your response.

Regards,

Mansab,

A commercial license can be deployed in non-production enviroment (testing) and production. You don't have to purchase an extra license for that. For more information, you may refer our licensenc FAQ page below:

https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing#licensing-9

Hope it helps to clarify!
