Hi!

I have a problem managing a bitbucket repository. I removed a user because he changed his bitbucket account, so I created an alias between his old email and the new one. This resolved the alias in commits. The problem is that all comments he did in Issues, they are now as "Anonymous", so I want to change it to his new user. Is it posible?

Thanks!

Hi Julián! What do you mean that you removed a user? Do you mean that you removed his access from one of your repositories or that his Bitbucket account was deleted?

In any case, aliases will only map users and their commits, I'm afraid it is not possible to link a comment that is now shown as anonymous to a different account.

If you meant something different please let us know and we'll continue helping you.

Kind regards :)

Ana
