Assigned issues not shown in bitbucket dashboard

Hello Community,

As far as I know, Bitbucket Server/Datacenter v7.17.5 should be able to display some of my assigned Jira Issues on the Bitbucket Dashboard. At least one of our customer's Bitbucket instances does.

Is there anything I need to do to enable this feature in our Bitbucket?
We already have an application link to Jira.

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like it only works with Jira cloud? Is this correct?

No, for our customer it also works in a bitbucket/jira on-premises version.

Final answer after some investigation:

Thank you for your time on the call. As you rightly mentioned on the call, the functionality for viewing the Jira issues on the user dashboard is only available for our Bitbucket DC license.

We have a server license and you need a data centre license.

Documentation is not complete, it's not mentioned there.

a pull request is associated to source and target branch.

Source branch could contain commits coming from multiple tickets. That information is available, for each pull request, on the right panel with the link of all issues involved.

Unfortunately, there is no way to have those information on the main dashboard.
