Archived repositories not hidden when sorting Project by 'active'

Good morning,
When I'm in a Project in my bitbucket instance, when I click the dropdown and select "Active" or "Archive" or "All" there is no difference in the list of repositories listed on the screen. It seems like this is somewhat intermittent. I have a user who in October reported the problem, then it went away, and now it came back, and I'm also not able to do anything useful with that sort menu.
Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to address it?
