Application navigator says "loading..."

As long as I am not logged into my account I can see the Application navigator drop down and all the apps there are visible. When I log in and then click on the App navigator icon it says "loading..." 

 

I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari and all do the same. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
