Application Link between Bamboo & BitBucket configure fails

I am trying to connect Bamboo and BitBucket using Application link.
I am entering the URL and I am getting the error:
"It has not been possible to retrieve the required information from https://scmt.cyi.ac.cy/bamboo. Therefore the link cannot be created."
"We can't connect with Bitbucket because a reciprocal application link is missing on that server. You'll need to delete and then re-create this application link."
I do not know what is going on.
Any help would be appreciated.
P.S. Bamboo and BitBucket are connected through Crowd with central authentication and SSO enabled.
