App password specifically for adding SSH-Key into the account

Is there a way to limit access for app password to only add SSH-key into an account?

Hi Robin, 

At the moment it's not possible to restrict the permissions to only add SSH keys. Do you have a use case for this? If it's something that more users could be interested in and would add value, you can submit your idea to our Issue tracker portal.

use case would be allowing admins for our company to be able to give ssh access to our users (employees) without them having to manually go and add it into their account

right now, the permissions to grant through app password is way too powerful, allowing the "admins" to almost do anything to their account

Hi Robin, did you submit your Feature request? That's the way we track what users want and how much interest do they have for them. Once you do, you can post it here to increase its visibility.
