Already added user into the repo but still being asked for repo password?

So I've added/granted a user into my project and when the user tries to clone the repo it asked for the repo password. why?

Hi jasonb, welcome to the Community!

What do you mean it asked for a repo password? When you grant someone else access to your repo and that person tries to clone it, the system will ask him for his password (the same password he uses to access Bitbucket) so we can authenticate him.

If he's having any trouble with this, please send us a screenshot so we can see exactly what's going on and we'll be more than happy to continue helping you :)
