All repos are gone

Like others on here, all my repos have suddenly disappeared, e.g. https://bitbucket.org/aworka

I knew unused workspaces were going to be deleted, but this is a repo I access most days so I didn't think I would need to take any action?

Maybe I needed to log in to my bitbucket account, which I never so, but now I just see a blank workspace, and no options to restore.

It would have been nice to have a more personalised message to notify that my repos would be affected. I would have known it would affect me, rather than a single broadcast email back in December. The email also stated May 15 as the cutoff date, so the deletion has happened 3 days early!

Is it possible to get my repos back?

Thanks

Chris.

Hey @tincloud

We've restored your workspace, so ideally you should be able to access it and all the repos in it.

Let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

Hi @mbn18 please try navigating to https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated to reactivate any deactivated workspaces.

Thank goodness for this thread. My [very active] workspace was deactivated without warning today.

Yes, I'm on the free plan. They owe me nothing. But a simple email would have been nice.

I don't really understand what happened. Something about having to associate my team with an Atlassian identity. Then some blurb about having to pay for a plan, which didn't seem very optional, but I skipped past it anyway.

It seems I can push to my repos again, but for how long I wonder. My issue tracker has gone too. Any idea where I can find that?

Same. All my workspaces and repositories disappeared today. Yesterday I committed to them successfully. Today git-client can't connect

Hi @Vlad_Dae

I checked your account and can't see any dormant workspaces, can you please access this link?

Cheers!
