All jira issues are not related to their pull requests

Hi,
We have an integration between Bitbucket an Jira (both server versions). Pull requests are linked to Jira issues since they have been commented in commits. So that visiting pull request page, we can see the related issues.
However, in Jira's issue side, some issues show that they have a related pull request, but others don't.
Example 1, OK:
- In A pull request page (Bitbucket), A issue appears as related.
- In A issue page (Jira), A pull request appears as related.
Example 2, KO:
- In B pull request page (Bitbucket), B issue appears as related.
- In B issue page (Jira), B pull request DOES NOT appear as related.
Any idea about what could be happening?
