All issues of a mercurial repo are now unreachable, how to recover ?

We had a mercurial repository now inacessible since end of mercurial support in Bitbucket.

Problem : we did not transfer all issues because we thought issues will remain but it seems it is not actually. Now i had a 404 when i attempt to reach issues ! (https://bitbucket.org/alienor-org/alienorweb-professionnel/issues)

Is there a way to recover all that issues ?
