Hi,
I recently logged back into my Bitbucket account after a long period of inactivity and discovered that all of my workspaces, repositories, and projects are missing.
I came across the Atlassian article regarding the cleanup of unused free workspaces and followed the instructions provided there to look for deactivated workspaces, but I still cannot find any of my previous workspaces or repositories.
I am logging in with the same email/account I originally used and I am the admin of the account, so I’m trying to understand:
These repositories are very important, and I would really appreciate any guidance from the community or Atlassian team on what steps I should take next.
Thanks
May you please check the link below and let me know if you can see the workspace?
If you still do not see it - please let me know your timezone, as I'll need to raise a ticket with our support team in your region to determine if it's recoverable.
Cheers!

Hi @Ben ,
Thanks for your reply.
I don't see any list of workspaces, it's an empty page with the option to Create a new workspace.
I am in CST (Central Standard Time) UTC/GMT -6 hours (SK, canada) time zone.
Thanks

@Syahrul found your answers to a similar question. But didn't work out for me. Could you please check my account? and if my data could be recovered. Thanks a lot in advance.
