I cannot reconnect to bitbucket after the upgrading.

After the upgrade, I tried to connect to my bitbucket using my browsers and it said this page cannot be displayed.

Could you tell us what "cannot connect" means?  Start with the error message or behaviour that you get.

Have you read the logs for your Bitbucket to see if it is having issues?
