Admin Rights on Multiple Teams

I'm currently an admin for two different BitBucket teams. For one of the teams I see the "Settings" icon in the left-hand tool bar, for the other one I don't. Same holds true when I'm in my account settings. I see my personal team and the team that has the "Settings" icon, but don't see the other team.

I've double-checked and my admin settings are correct and the same for both teams.

Any thoughts?

Hi Charles, welcome to the Community!

I've checked your account and I could see you're indeed part of 2 teams. However, note that for one of them (t***********s), while you are part of the admin group, you're also part of other groups with more restrictive permissions. In this case, the more restrictive permissions apply so that's why you don't see the admin settings. You'll need to be removed from those groups that are restricting you ('T*** L****' and 'D********s'), so you can make use of the admin permissions.

Hope that helps!

Ana
