Adding tag from Bitbucket UI is gone

I am using Bitbucket 5.16.8 and have system admin access to bitbucket. For some reason the tagging option from Bitbucket for specific commit is not showing any more. Searched through internet but couldn't find any fix for that.

 

Can someone please help?
