Adding hooks to stash for RTC integration

I want to add some hooks to stash to integrate git commits to RTC work items.

I've tested client side hooks, and I want to now add at the server side

The client hooks are commit-msg and post-commit, this verifies existence of work item, adds links to commit message and and adds a link to a RTC work item.

Server side hooks are update and post-recieve.

Has anyone converted these perl scripts and used the SDK to develop an add-on for Stash?
