Adding default reviewers/approvers to pull requests

Is it possible to add default reviewers to a pull request based on a property derived from the story from which the pull request was generated? We have several teams working on stories, and we identify to which team a story belongs by updating the Product Area field with the appropriate team name.  Is it possible to store a list of users either in JIRA or Stash, i.e. the users belonging to the selected team assigned to a story, and when a pull request is generated, the list of users is added to the pull request?
