Action required: link your Bitbucket workspace

We have received an email from the Bitbucket Cloud Atlassian team in order to link to an organization. Now in theory this seems easy enough to follow from the provided instructions. However what happens when we have multiple instances of Bitbucket for various teams, have there been any success stories of this implementation
