I have logged into my bitbucket account for the first time in a fews months and everything from it has been wiped. i used this account for years and now its acting like i never had any workspace or repos setup. all my repos anf workspaces are gone and i have no way of contacting atlassian.
I even found the url for my old workspace and when i go to it, it says,
What are you suppose to do in these situations?
Hi @mattreister ,
Welcome to the community :)
Have you covered your bitbucket with any backup policies?
Restoring the data to a new bitbucket instance might be the best direction.
If you haven't done it just yet, my recommendation would be using one of third party apps from the Marketplace like GitProtect.

Because Atlassian had lately cleanup action of inactive Free Spaces.
It makes sense reasources wise.

PS: Consider it this way: Someone using your tools but not actively using them for months can tie up your resources without end. Wouldn't you want to do some "cleanup" from time to time?
As the owner of your repo, you're responsible for ensuring it remains active enough to avoid deactivation.
