Account locked out

Hey. I recently lost access to everything when my phone was stolen (it had my 2FA app on it). Since then, the recovery codes I saved to the laptop I was using have been lost (due to becoming homeless and not having a system on which I can backup. The SSH key assigned to my account is now invalid too.

Long story short, I'm completely locked out of my Bitbucket account and I appear to have no way of retrieving access.

I don't want to start again. A lot of my code is hosted on a private repo (ironically enough, so I'd always have a backup).

Is there anything I can do to regain control of my account? I can provide photo ID if necessary
