I can no longer access my free bitbucket account i made years ago (2011 i believe) and have checked in at least every other year. Can't access old workspace, and when attempting to create the workspace id as forced through the user experience, it says the ID is taken, but I'm logged into the same account. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

It's highly likely you've logged in using the wrong email account, and this has created a new workspace based on this email account.
