Access private repo file from another private repo

I have 2 private repository for terraform code.
Repo 1 - contain all core module terraform.
Repo 2 - contain wrapper.
In source of wrapper (Repo 2) i want to pass Repo 1 main.tf file.
Can you help me how to achieve that?
