Access OLD snippets with free plan

Hi,

Is there any way I can get my snippets back without having to pay for my personal workspace? I can't use the "free trial" as suggested in other posts because I already used it years ago - for what trials are actually meant for: evaluating the product, not getting my data back.

The REST API suggested in another post has also been deprecated, and the replacement endpoint now returns an API error indicating that it cannot be used with the free plan.

Since this is my work account (but I kept my snippets in my personal free workspace to keep them separate from the team's workspace), I can't simply pay for a month on my personal account. We already pay for other workspaces.

I'm deeply disappointed by this. I didn't receive a single email about my data suddenly being placed behind a paywall and effectively being held hostage. It's not even available in a read-only form, and I can't even contact support directly because my workspace isn't on a paid plan.

There is no documented free recovery route. The snippets are likely still stored, but access is controlled by the plan of the workspace that owns them.

You or your Org Admin should write an Support Ticket and ask if maybe one time Export will be possible.
