API token not working while migrating the PR from bitbucket to github

SO i am trying to migrate my repo from bitbucket to github along with PR open and closed ones, but api token are failing in that. 
so i have just cloned the repo in my local and set the url for github and migrated but only repos history commits branches migrated and not the PR
could you please help me here

Are you seeing any error codes?

That's a pretty broad question, it could be a number of things, like a wrong scoped token or a faulty API.
