API to read issues from from all repos in single request

Is there an API to read ALL issues from from ALL repos in single request?

I'm asking this because I use Excel Power Query to fetch all issues into a spreadsheet and I need a single URL to build one table for all my issues.

Hi @bamw ,

I tried this and the solution was to create few Power Queries and merge them at the end. I didn't find one-request solution.
