Created apppassword with every single permission and calls to this method still result in 403 forbidden

According to the API, 403 means that the authenticated user does not have admin access to the project. Can you confirm that the user you run this http request has access to the specific bitbucket project?

I am successfully using many other api methods, this one just seems to be having the issue.

Just was wondering if maybe it's a known issue, otherwise likely my code
