I have a personal account with the username igortullio in Bitbucket. I joined a company and I want to use the same username, so I changed my personal account username to igor_tullio, but I still can't get the old one on the new account.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Based on my observation, your new company account is now using the old username you wish to change, so can you verify with me if you still have any issues changing your username?
