I've checked our mail system but I couldn't find any problem with your email address. Who is the user not receiving emails? Is it you, or someone else?
If the affected user is not you, we'll need to open a Support ticket so we can share their details privately and get this issue solved.

Actually we can disregard this - the user has deleted the account and just made a new one because it was time sensitive.
