5 User Limit for BitBucket

Frank Scheurel
August 24, 2020

Hi,

I have at the moment 4 Users in my BitBucket Account including myself. When I send an Invite to a 5th User, the User gets an Invite but when accepting an error, that my account would be at the limit and the invite cannot be accepted. From my understanding, Bitbucket allow up to 5 Users. I did not find out, what cause the problem. Any hints?

Frank

Hi Frank, welcome!

I've checked your account and I could see you already have 5 users (4 users and yourself), so you won't be able to add any other users until you upgrade.

Please navigate to https://bitbucket.org/<workspaceID>/workspace/settings/plan-users and confirm how many users you can see there (remember to replace <workspaceID> for your actual workspaceID). If you still believe this is a mistake and you're not reaching the limit, let us know so we can continue helping you.

Best regards :)

Ana
