404 error when trying to pull code from Bitbucket to local

Hello,

We are getting error when trying to pull code from Bitbucket to local repo. The error is 404 repo not found. Apart from this we have another error of credit card payment method needs to be updated ? I am not sure which plan i have and already created ticket for that. Can someone tell me why we get 404 error when trying to pull the code?

Hi Ali!

We'll need more information to understand why this is happening: 

1. How are you trying to pull? Are you using the command line, or are you using some software like Sourcetree?
2. Are you using the right account to pull? Do you have the right permissions? Have you double checked your credentials?
3. Can you perform any other actions, like push or clone for example?
4. Can you send us a screenshot of the issue you're having?

Regarding the credit card issue, you said you already created a ticket for that, do you need any further assistance with that?
