404 error when creating workspace.

Disregard. I was able to create a workspace with a different name, since the original one with my actual name bugged out I had to come up with another name for it. UX is 0/10 and I would not be willing to switch to the paid offerings. Thanks.

Can you follow the steps below to create Bitbucket workspace:

1. Go to the following URL: admin.atlassian.com

2. Log-in to your Atlassian Administration account.

3. Select Atlassian apps in the left navigation.

4. Select the Add app button.

5. Select Bitbucket from the list of apps.

6. Name your workspace. Workspace ID is auto-created in accordance with your workspace name.

7. Select the Agree and add button to create your workspace in Atlassian Administration and agree to the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Can you try this and see how it goes?

A 404 error when creating the workspace is likely due to a couple of reasons, such as an incorrect or missing workspace ID, organization policy, or a transient Bitbucket problem. The very first thing I would do is attempt creating the workspace in an incognito tab or another browser and ensure that the workspace ID includes lower-case letters, digits, hyphens, or underscores.
In case the 404 error remains even after I entered a correct name for the workspace, then it might be a transient Bitbucket problem and some time should pass or another workspace ID needs to be used. There are other users who experienced the same kind of problems but they were not related to any user settings.

That's from @Tomislav Tobijas , and also maybe you should contact support because sometimes there are backend failures that must be fixed by support and are not allowing you to create a site.
