Git 2.43+ Performance Regression

May 15, 2024

Git 2.43.0+ introduced a performance regression that is causing slow clones and fetches in Bitbucket Data Center. The Git maintainers are aware of this issue and working on a fix. Until then, we recommend staying on Git 2.42.1 and below on your server.
