Hello Namma Bengaluru,

I have 16 years of experience in ITSM and have been working on BMC products though out my career and from past 6 months, since my client wanted to migrate from BMC to JIRA, I took up a challenge to learn it on my own and on my path to achieve it.

So far the journey has been smooth and I am liking it. Within 2 weeks of joining the community, I was one among the top contributors in 2 weeks.
