The BAM-14057 is marked as Minor and an Improvement. I am sure it will take a long time for it to get triaged. I am experiencing the same with cloud Bamboo. Will leave a comment in the ticket but three's no activity from Atlassian folks in there. Only customers reporting that they had experienced the same issue

Matt, considering that I don't have much information about what's actually going on, I did some research and I found a couple of pages that could be helpful to you:

Please note that this error message could have been triggered due to different problems. I'd appreciate if you could elaborate a bit more on what's happening (e.g. steps to reproduce the problem, Bamboo version, screenshots, etc).
