system proxy not affecting for bamboo

Proxy configurations from system not considered when performing builds using Bamboo.

in my case I ma doing npm build from my local machine and it works fine.

if I run the same command thru Bamboo build it is failing with unable to contact remote sites.

I have set the proxy at system level and npm level and browser level also.

could you please suggest if I am missing any thing here
