setup runner 404 error downloading docker image

Hi,

I'm installing a runner on my local machine (linux) and I get a 404 error when I run this command: docker image pull docker-public.packages.atlassian.com/sox/atlassian/bitbucket-pipelines-runner:1

Maybe have I to open a port? or is It this command obsolete?

I'm following this tutorial: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/set-up-and-use-runners-for-linux/
