getting jar missing error when i building from bamboo

this is the error i getting when i building from bamboo , this is works properly when i building from local (without bamboo), using clover 2.6.3.

the jar is available in repository , could you please guide me that why it using 3.0.10 snapshot since i didn't used or defined 3.0.10 snapshot in project pom.xml file.
