I have my bamboo account , my company support said and confirmed to me, that I already have an account. But when try to login, the login page, don't recongnize my account.
So, I've trying, ,revover account, but not receive any recover email. but system returns: "This user is read only and can't have password reset."
Next step, I change my account password, (teams account pass)
but, all ways, dont make me login in the bamboo page.

Welcome to the community!
It seems Bamboo is connected to external directory for user management so you couldn't reset your password.
You will have to contact your company support as we have no insight over your internal infrastructure.
