I have my bamboo account , my company support said and confirmed to me, that I already have an account. But when try to login, the login page, don't recongnize my account.
So, I've trying, ,revover account, but not receive any recover email. but system returns: "This user is read only and can't have password reset."
Next step, I change my account password, (teams account pass)
but, all ways, dont make me login in the bamboo page.
